To realise the idea of New Work, a modern open-space office with desk-sharing workstations was set up. Employees collect their personal caddy at the start of their working day and choose any free workstation. The caddy is not only used to store work materials, but can also be used as a seat for short meetings. In addition, bookable conference rooms, cellular offices and thinker cells with REISS Novo and REISS Trailo® are available for concentrated work.
The working environment was designed with numerous well thought-out details, such as suspended acoustic panels with integrated lighting, curtains on rail systems for flexible room design and electrification modules that are integrated directly into the table tops. Vibrant colours and high-quality materials ensure a unique and recognisable room design. Intensive greenery creates a natural working environment and improves the indoor climate at the same time.
