To realise the idea of New Work, a modern open-space office with desk-sharing workstations was set up.

Employees collect their personal caddy at the start of their working day and choose any free workstation. The caddy is not only used to store work materials, but can also be used as a seat for short meetings. In addition, bookable conference rooms, cellular offices and thinker cells with REISS Novo and REISS Trailo® are available for concentrated work.

The working environment has been designed with numerous well thought-out details:

• Suspended acoustic panels with integrated lighting
• Curtains on rail systems for flexible room design
• Electrification modules integrated directly into the table tops
